Clay Stan is a GTM company that builds high-performance pipeline systems for B2B companies, venture firms, and many more. We run multi-channel outbound campaigns across email and LinkedIn, build enrichment workflows in Clay, and design automations that turn cold lists into booked meetings. Our clients range from venture-backed startups to advisory firms running investor outreach for their portfolio.
We are looking for a Go-To-Market Engineer who can own the technical and strategic side of our outbound campaigns end-to-end.
What you'll do.
You will be the engine behind our client campaigns. Your core responsibilities will include the following.
- Build and enrich the total addressable market for each client, starting from ICP definition and ending with a clean, segmented, ready-to-send list.
- Source and enrich contacts across multiple databases, including Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay's native sources, and any custom scrapers we build.
- Find qualified email addresses and verify them properly using Clay waterfalls, third-party verifiers, and Claude Code workflows where needed.
- Work fluently with webhooks, APIs, live data feeds, and RSS feeds to pull signal data into our enrichment stack and trigger campaigns based on real-world events.
- Write strong cold email and LinkedIn copy that does not sound like every other agency, and own the campaign strategy for each client from positioning to sequencing to follow-up cadence.
- Manage CRMs end-to-end, including lead routing in and out, list hygiene, deduplication, and integration with our sending tools.
- Run campaigns across Smartlead, Aimfox, and similar platforms, monitor deliverability, and iterate on performance weekly.
What we're looking for.
You are a strong fit if you have the following.
- Hands-on Clay experience, including waterfalls, HTTP API calls, formula columns, and conditional logic. Certification is a plus but real workflows matter more.
- Solid copywriting instincts. You can write a 4-line cold email that gets replies without resorting to flattery or filler.
- Comfort with cold outbound mechanics, including domain warmup, inbox rotation, sending limits, and reply-rate diagnostics.
- A working understanding of how data moves between tools through webhooks and APIs. You should be able to read API docs and wire up a Zapier, Make, or n8n flow without hand-holding.
- Experience with at least one major CRM, such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Attio, including how to route leads, manage pipelines, and sync data with sending platforms.
Big plus
- Strong n8n skills or experience building custom automations in Python or Node.
- Background working with venture funds, advisory firms, or event companies.
- Experience writing prompts for AI enrichment inside Clay, including classification, qualification, and personalization at scale.
What this role is not.
This role is not for someone who only wants to send emails from a pre-built list. We need a builder who can sit at the intersection of data, copy, and automation, and who treats each client campaign as a system to be designed rather than a task to be checked off.

Compensation is competitive and based on experience, with performance-based bonuses tied to client campaign outcomes. Direct reporting line to the founder / Head of Fulfillment, with full ownership of the campaigns you run.
