The math

Each step of the funnel is a simple multiplication. Replies = emails × reply_rate. Positive replies = replies × positive_rate. Meetings held = positive × hold_rate. Deals closed = meetings × close_rate. Closed revenue = deals × deal_size. ROI multiple = revenue ÷ monthly_investment.

Annualized revenue is shown as monthly × 12. Cost per meeting = monthly_investment ÷ meetings. Cost per deal = monthly_investment ÷ deals.

Realistic baselines for cold outbound to senior B2B buyers in 2026: reply rate 1.5--6%, positive-of-replies 20--40%, meeting hold rate 50--70%, close rate 10--30%. Ranges vary heavily by ICP, offer, and category. If your numbers are wildly above the high end, audit your data -- you may be counting auto-replies or holds that never converted.
